 Curtis Cheney has participated in the packaging of over 2,500 units of single family scattered site tax credit housing and approximately 400 affordable seniors housing units utilizing tax credits. He joined the NRP Group in 1994 and served as Vice President of Development until 2008.


   Having worked in several states over the years we specialize in analyzing each state's QAP (Qualified Allocation Plan) and work to prepare a competitive tax credit application based on the individual state's priorities .

We can participate in the selection and acquisition of land for the projects  and the evaluation of properties to be rehabilitated. We specialize in coordination and preparation of the tax credit application and corresponding grant applications that accompany it.

2. Development Consulting



For those with land, Golden Triangle can assist in identifying the highest and best use for the land. Then assist in re-zoning the property if required and packaging the project for financing

 3. Project Financing


As part of the development process Golden Triangle can assist in the packaging of your project for presentation to lenders or potential investors. We can provide project proformas with Sources and Uses Statements, Income Estimates and Cash Flow Projections. There are various funding sources available in many locations and many areas offer incentives for development. We can assist in identifying those resources.
